Monroe & Co. was founded by two former magazine editors who left publishing to design events with the same discipline they once brought to a page — every element earning its place.
Nearly a decade later, we design weddings, galas and private salons for clients who want restraint over spectacle, and story over trend.

2017
Isabelle and Julien leave publishing to found Monroe & Co., designing their first wedding in a borrowed Parisian courtyard.
2019
The studio stages its first cultural gala for a Paris arts foundation, marking a move into large-scale formal production.
2022
Commissions across Provence, Tuscany and Lake Como establish Monroe & Co. as a studio without borders.

A twelve-person studio, still guided by the same editorial discipline it opened with — restraint over spectacle, story over trend.
